Update:
I just spoke with IRCC. The agent on the phone was so nice. I called to check if my address was updated (it wasn't) and he updated my address.
I asked him about bridging work permit since my pgwp expires in less than four months.

He told me that my application is looking good and moving quick. He offered to give me update on my application (I didn't even ask)

Eligibility: passed
Medical: passed
Security: passed
Criminality: in progress
Info sharing: in progress

He told me that I might not need to apply for bridging since my application is moving ahead well.

Anybody have any idea on how long it would take for the last two steps to complete? Also I forgot to ask which office is processing my application!

Update Oct 20
Logged into my ircc account this morning, and it showed Application/Profile updated.
When I checked the application status, there were no changes.
Not sure what happened here.

Did you have any dependents? When you replied to portal email, did you reply from primary applicant email and asked to create an account for both under same email id? I have replied on 18th October 2021 but still haven't received portal credentials.

yes, I have have 3 dependents and I have asked to create an account all under primary applicant email ID.

As the reply is going to be from DoNotReply email id of IRCC. Please monitor Junk / spam email box as well.

In this forum "eCOPR from Etobicoke - Waiting Times" some of them got the credentials after 3 days.
