I have not been able to access my account since 2 days ago…returns to the homepage on after entering the login credentials….. anyone with the same issue?

I have... here is what I do.

Clear entire cache etc. OR login using incognito mode. Try it 5-10 times.
Oh, and login always works after 10 PM PDT.

It will go the same email where your submit confirmation received. But anyways agent can't replay, It will have following message on email

"You need to access the portal yourself. Your representative cannot access the portal on your behalf.

If you are a representative and receiving this message on behalf of a client, you must forward the message to your client."
