I got a gcms note today.
VO - Edmonton
AOR July 22
Eligibility- Passed
Security- Not started
Criminality- Passed
Medical- Passed
Info sharing- Complete

I heard that Edmonton office is very slow.
Security hasn’t started yet.
How long will it take to pass it?

Pretty standard case... Ask @legalfalcon or read his thread on BG / security check. Its done by CSIS and they are weird. 1 month 2 month 1 year no one knows.

Any update guys? Eligibility still showing "reviewing" when does it change and does it even change to passed?

Mine shows reviewing too. I got gcms notes yesterday and eligibility passed but never changed on cic account.

As I have filled my application in lawyers account. I can't get directly the status of any changes.
My lawyer also stated they will not see changes in each stage. He requested me to reach IRCC Customer Support to ask only about the A11.2 Initial Eligibility check.

Due to Afghan crisis. All customer support agents are been circulated to put a hold to provide status of the application processing in phone. Have tried multiple days and multiple persons.

Even I stated, the automated phone support isn't providing the processing location, VO, and updated status as customer support provide.

No luck in getting updates from the agents.

Next step is to order GCMS notes online which will take 30 days to respond.

Bio and medical: 20th august
I used old bio for work permit(Nov 2019) my spouse got bio request on 20th august and we submitted it on 24th august
GU on 25th august
GU on 16th September
GU on 23rd September
Portal email 24th September
No changes on account at all after biometrics and medical
