Yes, I submitted medical reports taken in 2019.
I hate IRCC in these aspects. They breach their own policies. We have faced similar situation from them in the past and it got resolved but wasted time. The same goes now.

Hi, I have submitted my profile yesterday in CEC, with an old medical report which I took in 2019 and also I have provided LOE, do I need to take it again, in your case, what you did..?? Did you take a new one..?
