Don't you have to submit new medical exam / biometrics for your second EE application, since your second application probably has a different GCKey, client-id?

your unique client id (UCI) always remains the same. no need for new medicals or biometrics.

Yes, it is normal. once your application's R10 check gets completed, you will start to see your real UCI number which will be 8-10 digits.

no specific time. i have seen it is taking 7 days to 100 days. recently, 2 of my friends got it in 30 days. so, expect july AORs will start seeing R10 complete in early and throughout Aug 2021.
