CEC - Job points

Hello All,

My job points of 50 is not transferred into my EE profile ? Anybody has any suggestions? According to the calculator I should be having a score of 467 to apply under CEC, but I currently have only 417 reflected on my EE profile.
I have a job offer and have been working with my employer for more than 1 year now. I have a open PGWP. I am submitting only my Canadian education.
Not too sure if I require LMIA number ?

Since you are on a PGWP, your employer needs to obtain an LMIA in order for you to claim job offer points.

They are not giving me LMIA at work. So now I’m forced to do my ECA for Bachelors degree.

If they won't do an LMIA, then unfortunately you cannot claim job offer points.

You can certainly try to find another employer who may be willing to go through the LMIA process.
