For me your timeline seems going fast, it's not wrong to call them, but as long as you didn't exceed the 5 months period for your CoPR (start counting from your AoR date), you're still good.

Do inland applicants also receive CoPR? Thought it was only eCOPR.
Is the CoPR added to the tracker before or after the P1 email?
eCoPR is a soft copy of CoPR that is granted to inland immigrants. You can find it in your PR Portal a couple of days after P2, sometimes in the same day. It doesn’t appear in the tracker.

Eligibility says "Not Started" on my PR status tracker. My background track is still "In Progress" on the tracker as well. I assume eligibility is the last step before a p1 email.
I have Eligibility and Background Check "In Progress since a week", and am seeing a couple of updates on gc key on the status. When should I expect the COPR?
