Hi All, when can we expect a Biometrics? is it 3 months from AOR date? also can we register in tracker account prior to receiving Biometrics letter?

the trend recently has been around 3 months - I am AOR November 20 and still no BIL.
you can register when your UCI changes (does not start with CAN anymore) - it is usually when you get BIL but some people have seen it changed before BIL so check regularly your GCkey
