Hi. I got my ITA on May 13 for CEC. My husband is a PR and my son is Canadian Citizen. I have 90 days to apply for PR or reject the ITA.

I have a few questions if someone can answer:

1) When they asked me if my son or husband will accompany me to Canada, I replied No.
Is that correct? Because I am not sponsoring them or including in my application even though I declared them because they are already PR and citizen and are present in Canada.

2) I have not accepted the invitation yet but I applied for TR to PR pathway- graduate stream. I am going to wait 30 days just to see if I get AOR for that stream or get an idea on application processing time. Can I apply PR under two streams? Is that allowed?

3) if I get upfront medical done, can I give the same medical to both streams? also I was recently diagnosed with border line type 2 diabeties, is there a possibility they would reject my medical?

Please shed light on this. Thank you in advance.

1) Yes, it is correct.
2) It is your choice however keep in mind that you have to pay the processing fees for BOTH the applications AND you can only be issued PR once.
3) Medical are valid for 12 months. You can use the same medical for both the streams as long as it is valid.
