CEC - Issues with getting proper Employment Letter

It must be the amount of managers...so many managers and yet no one wants to be responsible. The letter I got from HR reminded me a lot of the old captured soldier policy of "name, rank, serial number" lol.

Yes it is the number of managers. I report directly or indirectly to 3 and also have leads to report to for day to day tasks.
The letter i got from my HR reminds me the same thing. Its such a confusion at times to get things done.

Hi Everyone,

Last friday I finally got the reference letter from my company with job duties, salary, duration of employment and title. It took a while to get it and miss few minor details but the letter shall work. Thanks everyone for all your advise and suggestions into my issue.

I was finally able to mail my application yesterday and waiting for AOR now.
