CEC instead of FSW

can someone pleasee tell me how to get selected under CEC instead of FSW.. which factors are important??

Set your funds to $0. This will do the trick. Just make sure you have a job offer to justify that you dont need POF.I was also qualified for both category and I decided that I wanted to be assessed under CEC so I set my funds to $0 and selected my recent NOC as the Primary Occupation. My file was updated the following day with FSW- not met changes.

i do not have a job offer because I am in canada on Open Work Permit..
I am setting it as 0 and putting my NOC as 0 category but recently I work under B category but my foreign experience is under B category which i have a fear will select me under FSW thats why putting it under 0 category...
