Hi, Im currently on SP but have not completed the required number of hrs to apply. My husband is under OWP and have over 1 year skilled job experience in canada, employer willing to sponsor. Can he apply as principal applicant or I need to finish my 2year diploma course before we can apply for CEC? Previous experience in home country husband- NOC C 5 years, me- NOC B 7 years. Any suggestion or can we go thru BC PNP EE instead? Thank you.
