CEC Inland with Spouse Outland

1. Is there any Proof of Funds required for CEC Applicant when spouse is outland.

2. What additional documents are requested if the Outland spouse moves to Canada on a Work Permit during the application process

i have received ITA under CEC (outland) category.
but i have to upload PCC and medicals for my unaccompanying spouse.
currently my spouse is pregnant and she cannot undergo xray & medicals done except xray
what is the chance of my profile getting through express entry and what are my next steps of procedure, please help
also do i need to shoe POF for outland applicant for myself and my dependants,
i have a column to upload my POF statement

Mention in the LOE about your wife's condition. Get a letter or a statement from the doctor that they will defer the x-ray until they baby is here. They will accept the application but a final decision will be made once you have the x-ray. So, add a couple of more months to the whole process.

IF you have been invited under CEC, then you need to enter 0 in your POF to get around uploading the statement. But be sure, to explain this in your LOE.
