From what I have researched, there are two cases..

1. where schedule A is asked in couple of weeks of AOR, usually after this it will be couple of months for result..

2. Where schedule A is asked after 4-5 months, usually after this it will be couple of weeks for result..

I may be wrong too, but this is what I have analyzed.

thanks for ur reply and this info....

ITA: 20/Apr/2016

Finished my Landing yesterday night at Rainbow bridge, Not at all busy as its the day after the long weekend. Coming to the experience Its nothing different than many of our regular trips to USA, except this time we walked into the CBSA office and the officer just asked the class we applied under and no other questions.

Once again I thank everyone here for supporting each other. Good luck for the remaining people waiting to finish this journey. Now will take a break from the forums for sometime, Will come back to help others.

Cheers guys. :)

Hello,
The background check in my application changed to In progress in May 11,2015 and second day my application was Closed and refused because of the expiration date of my LMIA (stupid mistake made by the Service Canada that approved my LMIA)

I sent email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa and today I receive updated that my case was re-opened and they requested the RPR fee

Can you tell us a bit more about this? How can they make such mistakes ?! Thats very concerning

The mistake was that they approved the LMIA in November 11 2015 and they put the expiration date in the same day
The LMIA is valid for 6 months but because they put the expiration data in the same day.

that's lame on their part, and the point we can't anything about it makes us so helpless.
