Hi I also have the same situation as NOC 12221 office administrative and want to know if i can get PR in CEC class or PNP from BC ? or is there any other option to get PR, Like if I will call my spouse here in canada on SOWP and then is she can also eligible for the PR and apply for that but from another province if she moves ? Please advise

What is your CRS score? If well over 500 then have a chance. BC requires job offer so read guide about eligibility requirements. What is spouse’s CRS score? What province would she be eligible for based on her score, education, NOC and job offer?

I am in canada and working on LMIA closed work permit in BC, she will be come later on as i have to apply for her SOWP. And my CRS score is not 500 or above its like 400 plus somewhere

and my age is 42 years now and i am from last 3 months here in canada, So i think direct express entry i can not apply. please advise

You can probably enter the Express Entry pool but your score is going to be too low to be selected for PR.

At the age of 42 years I am afraid if i can eligible for express entry because at my age i think i can only try PNP or CEC

else I have no idea if there is any other program I am eligible ?
