Can you convince CIC that your son (or family) needs your support - i.e. that you need to work to support them?

My country or origin is Croatia. Not sure what did you mean by this: “Did you son need your support?"

I am looking for the information&the source of the information. So far you did your best to make me feel as criminal, ignoring the fact that I did what I did because I had wrong information.
I never said denied that I made the mistake, however I did not do is intentionally, but because I was provided with wrong information. If I can't at least get human treatment for that, than I regret to post my problem here.

You still didn't provide me with the source of your information.
Help or stop making me feeling bad as I am already in bad situation.

Thanks!
How did you obtain the wrong information? How long did you work illegally part-time? We are trying to understand your situation better here...

Unfortunately whether the OP is supporting a family or not doesn't help, he has to leave for the unauthorized work and if he doesn't he will then receive an exclusion or deportation order.

Guys, this is very serious thing and it would be much appreciated if you provide the sours of the information you share here.
PMM is probably our top immigration expert on this forum. If PMM is saying you don't have any options but to leave - I would assume information is accurate.

Mate, for F$#@s Sake, wake up and admit your wrong doing, source or no source, what you did is your doing and you are responsible, please accept that and jump on the next plane home.

In the eyes of the law you did something illegal and the consequences are expulsion.

Be careful in another country, perhaps you can try Australia or New Zealand, Samoa is a great place too and Fiji is brilliant.

It is interesting that you people constantly ignore the request for the source of the information. That is exactly why I am in this situation, because I trusted the information to those that did not provide me with the source. So here we go again.

All I can say is what CIC will say,and that is' You are responsible for your own legalities',it is an unfortunate thing to happen, but before I even came to Canada I spent 8 months researching everything about where I wanted to live, living costs, rent, schools for the kids, even bringing our dog over, and everything that I could find out about work permits,LMO's etc..

You are in this situation because you either knowingly or unknowingly broke the agreement for your TWP,and I am pretty sure that you knew that it was wrong and that if caught there would be consequences. Thats the blunt of it I'm afraid to say.

The only option to you now if you want to stay is to pay a lawyer that is versed in immigration and hope that in less than 90 days he can convince CIC to allow you stay and restore your status, which does not seem likely.

Like you I did my research prior to my arrival, 6 weeks later my employer change the conditions of my employment (pay/ job description), knowing the possible consequences and challenges this would have caused I opted to return home and 11 months later I was back in Canada with a new employer. I did it by the book and now hopefully I will become a PR soon.

This is why many of us quote the thing that we are replying to. Then the context is preserved, whether the poster likes it or not.

Right now, there is probably less than 1% chance of him being approved his PR and high possibility of receiving the Deportation Order soon, unless he can grab a very good lawyer (definitely expensive) to defend his case. Given his financial situation of having to work illegally in another job, most likely he can't afford it.

Meanwhile, the best free and excellent advise he could get about CEC is from this forum. Shooting the messengers and bearers of bad news is not a sound action...

It does seem the common sense thing to do Astro,I mean with google, and the internet there really isn't much excuse to not know the basics, plus we have 3 kids and I wasn't gonna upheave my family just to work for 2 years then have to return to the UK with nothing.

I'm guessing the OP was hoping for one of those magic fix-all band aids.
