CEC-Has any Oct 2011 applicant received file number or medical?!

My application was delivered to the office on Nov 29, 2011 (tracking info). But I haven't heard anything from CIC ever since... I logged in the ecas and nothing was shown there - didn't even say that they received the application or started to process...

Once there's something new, I will share.

5 min ago I received an email from Ottawa which contains my file number and medical request.
It says average processing time of CEC in Ottawa is 10 months.
Buffalo received my file on Oct 17, 2011.

Hi Mari and friends

I am also a october applicant

I have applied under 2 categories - PNP (done medicals for my PNP to delhi office) and CEC (file now in Ottawa) . My CEC status says

We received your application for permanent residence on October 14, 2011.

We started processing your application on January 13, 2012.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Is it possible they considered my pnp medicals for CEC aplication?? I am confused!!

5 min ago I received an email from Ottawa which contains my file number and medical request.
It says average processing time of CEC in Ottawa is 10 months.
Buffalo received my file on Oct 17, 2011.

Original forms
Original job letters
Copy of passports
Copy of Canada TRV
Copy of tax papers
Copy of university degree
original transcripts
Original IELTS result
Copy of work permit
Original PC

How abt T4s and paystubs..?

I am sending paystub copies
I did not do any studies here do I need to send Transcripts or Just degrees and Marks card will do for me?
I have transcripts though shall I send orignals or do u recommend sending copies of transcripts (Considering I did not study in Canada)

wat can u do for ielts result? The only ielts result i had was submitted by me for my fsw2 application ....please suggest me something....

I sent copy of my T4s since the 1st day I was in Canada. I know they asked for last one but I sent them all I didn't send pay stubs but it doesn't hurt any one to send extra docs (but not too much of course)
I didn't study here too. I have BS and MS degree from my home country. I just sent them a copy of my degrees and also original Transcripts in sealed envelope.
