CEC from Quebec

Hello

I am here on employer based work permit in Montreal. I completed my 1 year in August and my wife has also completed 1 year. She applied under EE (CEC) and her score is 495. I wanted to know do we need to show the intent to leave Quebec or not? We haven’t shown arranged employment yet.


I work for IT consulting which also have offices in BC, Alberta, Ontario as well

My wife works for a call centre and her company has office in Ontario as well. We are new to this process any help or guidance is highly appreciated.

Yes, you're going to be asked to prove you plan on leaving Quebec. If you can move out of Quebec now and start living in another province, that would be the best option.

Hello Thanks for the reply the issue is my WP is Montreal based so I cannot move out. Are there any other options that I can opt for?

If my gets the letter of invitation then I might ask my employer to move me to other provinces but right now I can’t move
