CEC for part timers

Hello, I have been working as a unit secretary for one year. My position is permanent part-time but I have worked more than 30 hrs per week because of the demand at a hospital. One of the requirements for CEC is completing 1560 hrs which I've completed. Though because of my job position, I am having doubt if I'm eligible or not.
Let me know if someone knows more about this issue.

If you have one year in the position (NOC A, B or 0) and 1560 hours, you are eligible (if there are CEC draws this year).

• have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last 3 years before you apply—you can meet this in a few different ways:
  • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full-time (1,560 hours)
  • equal amount in part-time work: for example 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
    • You can work as many part-time jobs as you need to meet this requirement.
  • full-time work at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

Given today’s immigration announcement there may be no CEC draws for the next 12 monts to two years. You may want to look at PNPs if you need PR sooner.
