CEC for internation student??

Hello everybody
Here is my situation..i recently graduated from GBC with diploma in networking. And i started working at fast food restaurant.i m still working with him he is really nice and since have been working with for almost 11 months i pretty much runwhole restaurant.i talked him about my PR process he said he will help me out with stuff i need for immigration purpose.
So is it ok for me to work in fast food even my study in networking..will it be problem if i apply under CEC once i gain enough experience
And since i m pretty much doing all the duties of manager or supervisor which NOC i should be best for me.( i do everything from odering supply to supervise 3 new employee n make sure all regular work done according our restaurant's standard). I dont make payroll or hire new employee. I recently got raise since i take extra responsibities.
Should i apply under CEC or not?? By the time i will apply i will be working in this restaurant for almost 2 years. Is 2 years experience is enough for being manager of rest.( NOC requires several years of experience for mgr. position) will NOC requirement for that position will cause problem??

Field of study and work experience doesnt matter for CEC, only thing which matters is your NOC code (skill type O,A,B).

You dont really have to be a manager, I guess you can apply as a supervisor, if you think you get enough salary (i will say around $12-13), you can apply under CEC.

Another thing which is required is the Job Letter from your employer, he need to mention all your responsibilities and duties as a manager or supervisor.

You only require 1 year full time experience to apply under CEC, you can go ahead and apply your file anytime if you meet the requirements

Yes i do get paid $14 right now n hopefully more by the time i apply. But i m troble by facts that even though i perform all duties of being supervisor i still do regular work like other employee as well which duties might fall under NOC C or D. People who works in fast food they might know we take extra responsibities. So i dont wannna wait for almost 2 years n get rejected for it.
Guys can you share your experience and time line who applied for CEC under NOC 0631 or NOC 6311.
