Yeah security is the last process, as far as I know based on what I read over forums. However, there is not set timeline for security. For 80% people is happens just after criminality and thus those are the files that get PPR within 6 months timeline. And for rest 20% it takes time for some reason. I have friends who have AOR in May 2018 and their criminality hasn't even started. For me, security took around 18 days. So isn't fixed.

You are just 2 months in your processing time, so you are going good so far. If nothing changes by May, you can order GCMS notes to get a clearer picture.

In Security stage means, can I assume all other tasks like document verification, credentials checks, emplyment verification, funds verification etc already have completed? Or these tasks will be continued paralell to Security?

April 10th I called CiC today
and they said my eligibility is met
right now they are processing my background check(crimilally and security)

well actually you can just try whatever option and in the end of each option，you most likely can hear push button 0 to reach an agent

everytime I try calling CIC, it says call volume is high so cannot be transferred to an agent

I logged in to my account today (GCKey) and noticed my application status was "Updated" and when i opened it nothing changed and it shows status as "read" again since i have viewed it.. Is it the same as what people call ghost update in the forum ? Anyone has idea what might be updated at this stage as nothing visible to me that has changed.
