True, but, I don't have enough points for ITA until my BC PNP express entry is approved. Then I will get 600 points. And, BC PNP express entry will take 2-3 months to approved and by the time, It will be April or May and that time, deducting 2 months holiday. I will attain 52 weeks and 1560 hours. What you think about this scenario. At the time of ITA, they want 1 year experience right?
Yes, too accept the ITA, you must have 1 year of experience before or on the date of the ITA. You should use this on the date of the ITA. If you don't pass (ie your score is on or above the score for the ITA threshold for the draw you received the ITA in), then you have to 'Decline' the ITA.

If this is specifically stated in your contract then it is fine. In his or her posts bskap did not state whether these 2 trips to their home country is specifically considered as 'paid vacation' or the employer is specifically paying them for working while on these 2 trips. There is a big difference.

Being paid while on vacation if it as a 'holiday entitlement' is different to being paid (if work is done while not in the office).
yes, work was done full time but not in office. Is it matter, the work should be in Canada. I was not on trip to meet clients or anything. I was working according to Canadian time. I paid taxes during that time. So, is it fine?

What is the start date in your offer letter? This is the date that should be mentioned.
In my offer letter its Nov, 10 2015 but part time. On 19 Dec 2015, I received full time permanent job offer from company. So, shall I mention Dec 19, 2015?

Do you have any template for Reference letter, how it looks like and what to include?

CIC does not ask for contract/employment letter unless their is a cause for suspicion for them, as its not part of the requirement.

The requirement is reference letters only (and that does not mention anything related to leaves paid or unpaid). Any other documentation viz. pay stubs, tax, appraisals etc. requested are just additional request for few applicants out of many. So that can't be the basis of a rule or standard work tenure calculation.
How many reference letters (from employer and colleagues) and do you have any template for Reference letter, how it looks like and what to include?

Yes but they have the right to talk to government agencies and the employer must truthfully report the start date of each employee. If for whatever reason the employee is terminated the employer must complete a 'Record of Employment' which states the actual start date of the employee.

Bottom line: Approach this as if you will get a strict 'letter of the law' VO. Then if you happen to get a lenient VO at least you have covered all bases.

Its not about getting a VO who follows 'letter of the law'.

Its about not every company in this world are big corporates with honchos & big teams sitting in the backend to maintain all employee records prim and proper. To the extent that many employers don't even issue pay slips, or have proper leave records etc...

Thats one of the reasons CIC cannot make these documents mandatory and use them as a basis of calculation or visa/immigration assessments.

Also there is a discussion on this forum about does CIC want travel between country of residence & country of origin (as per OP). So may be one does not even have to mention all those travel details in their travel history. And it is well known that CIC does not ask you about the PP stamp pages (only the bio page) so where does the question of CIC exploring your paid/unpaid vacations in home country (excluding any other country vacation, that one has to mention without fail) or shuttle between your home & residence country arise?

May be i'll keep that discussion of travel between home & residence country for another day...

You mean Dec 2014 or 15?

Whatever it is it will be from Feb 2015, the day on your WP.

I mean i have to put month and year from which I start working i.e. dec 2014. I know cic will count from feb 2015. But for bc pnp i can put dec 2014. By the time when i will receive ITA, it should be fine.

Does that mean if i had a full-time permanent contract of 1 year 1st Jan to 31st Dec (with 30 days of paid vacation) and working 30hrs per week CIC will not consider it an years valid experience?

Does that mean every employment (of 30hrs work per week) which has 30days of paid leave need to be for 13 months to be considered as 1year of valid experience as per CIC?

I guess not!
if you have taken your vacation and used the vacation hours and it shows on your pay stub, then those hours are included in the 1 year experience. I have already confirmed this with Cic
