Hi I have a closed work permit and about to finish my 1year experience in Canada. My employer applied it under "intra-company transferees with specialized knowledge" (LMIA Exempt).

am I still eligible to claim points from below step in CRS-tool page?

8) Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (if needed)?

Should I say YES or NO.

Please advice. thanks

You can answer Yes if your employer agrees to extend your job for at least a year after you become a PR.
