Hello Guys. I started my job on Feb 1,2021 and would have completed 2 years on Feb 1, 2023. But I went to India from March 2, 2022 to April 22, 2022(Approx 8 weeks of less than 30 hours week).
If I try to compensate the period, it should have been completed by March 17(after taking 1 week paid vacation in account that I took) or March 25,2023( if I take full march for completing ) I got the ITA on March 23,2023. Please guide If I should accept the ITA and submit the e-APR after March 31 OR Decline it? Thanks in advance.

Applying after 31st is a good idea.

Thanks Taran. But if I apply after March 31, let’s say April 7. They’ll consider my work experience until April 7(Date of Applying application) or March 23(Date of ITA) ?
thanks.
No worries.
You are still working there, isn't it? If yes it will till the date you submit the application.

Hi Guys, I am in a similar situation. I started my job on June 15th, 2021, and would be completing 2 years on June 15th, 2023. But I went to India for vacation from 24th Nov 2022 to 20th Jan 2023 (8 Weeks 2 days). Out of those 8 weeks, I took 5 weeks of paid vacation and worked remotely for 3 weeks. Could you please clarify the below questions? Appreciate your help.

1. As IRCC accepts 2 weeks of paid vacation within a 52-week period, do I have to compensate the remaining 6 weeks 2 days to get 2 years of experience?
2. Also, when can I start accepting the ITA?
