I have been recently promoted to a more senior role in my company. My promotion will take effect starting November. That said, I have already completed my 1 year in my current role and can apply through Canadian Experience Class. I wanted to ask you if I should wait one more week to get the new title and then create my profile for CEC? If I do that, should I just write my new role or include both? If I include both, how would the employment letter look like? Is there any template/sample where a candiate held two roles in a company with pretty much the same roles but different salaries? Or would you advise that I create my profile now and do not mention the new promoted role?
