Hi I have 2 year and 1 month experience under NOC B. I am in pool of express entry under CEC program. I went 44 days on unpaid Vacation during my employment. Can I show my experience as 2 years or I have to complete 2 years and 44 days to show 2 years experience?

I guess you should be fine as long as your employer didn't file a record of employment for your unpaid leave.

Just proceed cautiously, as your paystubs will certainly reflect that you weren't paid during those 44 days. Technically, you didn't work during those days and it's also unpaid. You could finish those extra 44 days before accepting the ITA just to be on the safe side!

My employer paid me 4% vacation pay on my every pay cheque. Can it be count as 2 weeks paid vacation in a year?
That would be totally on the discretion of the visa officer, however, they would most likely not going to count it since, it's a payout of your vacation pay, whereas, you'll still be short of hours worked. It has to be accumulative of hours worked and salary being paid for those hours. You'll still come short of 44 days. Remember this, the VO will most likely gonna do this generic calculation which I just explained as it's less time consuming.

If I count precisely I am sort of 16 days to complete my 2 years experience after deducting my 44 days vacation from my total experience. So IRCC consider as 2 years experience or I have to complete 16 days?

If you're short of 16 days, I'd still suggest to get at least 20-25 days (1 month would be the best) worth of experience to avoid any sort of marginal error!
