guys PNP is not possible at this time and the work permit is also out of question, as the LMO rules have changed drastically.
Apply for your PR as soon as you become eligible and submit a paper application for the BOWP like 3 days before your work permit expires (has to be received by CIC before the expiration). The paper application processing time for WP is around 40+ days, so you may get lucky and get your AOR before CIC starts processing your BOWP. I wish you good luck.

Hi Guys,

I have a confusion regarding Principal applicant CEC program..

I completed by 2 yrs, study in Canada and will complete my 1 yr. work experience in IT in coming December 2014.
I am also going to marry a Canadian citizen in November this yr.

I would like to know
1. May I eligible for principal applicant thing (if Yes, is this some benefit in processing time).
2. or Coming Express Entry in Jan next yr. will be good for me.

Thanks

- If you qualify then you can always apply as the Primary Applicant. Every category has its own processing time.
Even if you had to marry a Canadian Citizen - it does not speed up the process.

2. or Coming Express Entry in Jan next yr. will be good for me.
- There is no sufficient info on this yet so it is very hard to comment.

Thanks

My NOC code is 4212 Social and community service workers.

Employment requirements

Completion of a college or university program in social work, child and youth care, psychology or other social science or health-related discipline is usually required.

Previous work experience in a social service environment as a volunteer or in a support capacity may replace formal education requirements for some occupations in this unit group.

Social service workers may be required to be a member of a provincial regulatory body in some provinces.

I received an AOR from CIC 2 weeks ago. I am still worried about my qualification based on the fact that I had no prior education in this sector. However, It say prior volunteer activity or support activity may replace education requirement.
