Hello Everyone,
My situation:
I started working from Feb 2021 and for this month its been 1 year now.
But I travelled out of Canada, to India for emergency situations
Worked from India for 4 months.

As I was working from home from Feb 2021.
Does staying out of Canada and working makes me ineligible for CEC?

Can I claim all 1 year under CEC ?

It doesn't make you completely ineligible for CEC however you also cannot count the 4 months from outside of Canada towards the 1 year Canadian work experience requirement.

This means you need to work another 4 months in Canada to qualify for CEC and make up for the 4 months you worked outside of Canada.
