CEC Eligibility for morethan 1 year experience in Montreal(Quebec)

I am working in Montreal for last 15 months as a Temporary foreign Worker(Software Engineer came as Intra Company Transferee), I would like to know whether I am eligible to Apply under CEC. In the Eligibility for CEC, I saw that "if you are interested to work outside Quebec then you can Apply for CEC".

I am interested to work outside Quebec, but I would like to know whether the Immig Dept will ask for employment offer from outside of the Quebec Province.


Please advice.

They are not going to ask for an employment offer.
If you are intending to live outside Quebec you can apply under CEC.

From my knowledge (which might not be correct). I know that they may have you sit in front of a judge and prove that you are indeed looking to live outside of quebec (applications for jobs, apartments, etc). However I didn't want to risk anything and I just moved. In my situation, It was viable.

I am currently working in montreal for last 15 months,So Applying for CEC. a letter from my emplyer stating that "Once I received the PR I can work from Ottawa or Toronto or Halifax(my company have offices there)" will be sufficient to prove that I can work from Out side Quebec?

can someone please guide me.
