Cec EE profile got cancelled due to date on India PCC

Hello All,

My CEC application got cancelled due to improper date in PCC. My AOR was 11 Dec 2016 and first update was medical on 1 feb 2017. Today 11 Feb EE profile cancelled. I immediately create a new profile as I have 470 score and now waiting for my job bank acceptance and ITA.
What would be the fasted way to get PCC of India Pune. Please need help. Also my application will have a new start or it will continue from the previous record.
It's been long long time I'm struggling. Thank you in advance.

Really sorry to hear your application was cancelled. It's so tough when you've worked so hard and for so long to get everything ready. What was improper about the date of your PCC?

Sorry to hear about the rejection of your application.
Not sure if you are CEC inland or outland since you didn't mention it.

If inland you need to apply at the Indian embassy in Canada where you live.

But if you are Outland, you need to apply from the Indian embassy of your country of stay or if currently staying in India, you can apply via. PSK for the correct PCC.

Once you recreate your EE profile, you application will restart from the beginning, unless you ask them to reopen your case with the updated PCC and they agree to do so.

I move to new address in India from 2009. That was the reason they just mentioned date from 2009 to 2011. CIC cancelled the application and ask for PCC from 2006. I moved to Canada in 2011, currently, I'm on implied status and cannot send my passport for PCC in Canada. So trying to collect PCC from birth in India itself. SO much hassle instead of cancelling the application they would have requested PCC.

I m really very sorry to read this about your application. And just for date they cancelled whole application that's not fair. I think go for new PCC and try to convince the officer

Unfortunately OP cannot apply PCC at Indian embassy in Canada because he is on implied status.

I am really sorry to hear that.

But which date on PCC you are taking about. Would you be more clear on this by logically relating to you address history.

I think there is no such PCC you will get from 2006.

So if the address on you passport is not current then your passport might change with fresh police verification and clearance when you will apply in India.

I family member have applied pcc in India told them not to mention any dates. My pcc had date 2009 to 2011

Unfortunately OP cannot apply PCC at Indian embassy in Canada because he is on implied status.

It is not true, I got my PCC under implied statues at BLS, Toronto.

I know I will get pcc on implied status. But in cases of negative situation happen i might have to leave the country and for that I need passport. If Not I will be illegal in the country .

Apply TRVthrough paper application again if something happens... It will take time make decisions..

You are in Pune. Immediately book a PSK appointment. Go to PSK, get it changed. Inform them about their mistake. They will quickly give PCC.

What's the issue.

I got my police clearance in a one day and the PCC on the second day.

This time please ensure that you have proper date on PCC.

Buddy I was referring to CGI, Toronto and not BLS. You can get PCC same day at CGI, Toronto under emergency service however you need to have Valid status in Canada.
