So in that case you need an approved LMIA to claim the 50 job offer points. Yes - your work permit is LMIA exempt. However your employer isn't named in your work permit. And for that reason an LMIA is required to be able to claim that you have a job offer.
I dont have LMIA for my current job ive been working for an year. So in this case do i select no job offer then? I know i dont get the 50 points but if i get into the pool i do have enough CRS for CEC invitation (not FSW).

Thank you for your knowledgeable reply but still not sure i got declined to be in the pool

If you don't have an LMIA, you select "NO" to the valid job offer. It will reduce your CRS score.
Your CRS Score does not affect your eligibility for the pool. That is NOT the problem, that is not the reason your profile is ineligible. PLEASE re-read my previous post. We cannot help you if you do not respond to questions.

1) What is your NOC? Is it skill level O, A, or B? It is level B.

2) What are your language scores? Above the band score. 7.5 for all four sections ( i have checked i am above the CEC minimum score many times)

3) At the end of each job entry, there are 2-3 questions that a lot of people answer incorrectly at first. There's a question about whether your work was authorized, whether you were a student at the time, etc. If you answer those incorrectly, your experience will not be counted.

I dont recall these questions at all. I have to go home and check my profile.
