I have a 4 year undergraduate degree from Canada. Went to high-school back home in Bangladesh.

For education - do I have to list my high school education from Bangladesh? Or will the 4 year undergrad suffice?

For personal information -

from Aug 2011 - April 2015 I was in school. During the same time I had some part time jobs here and there. Problem is I do not recall the exact dates. Do I need to disclose I worked those jobs during the same time? Or If I mention I was in school between those 2 dates will suffice?

Please advice.

Depends - what are you doing? Are you talking about completing the EE profile? Or have you already gotten the ITA and are completing the eAPR?

I got ITA twice but declined becasei realized my job experience was not gonna count (independent contractor).

I’m closing in for my current work experience and then going to apply again.

Those questions were something I had confusion about when filling out eAPR.

If you are talking about the Background Declaration, then you have to list everything. Do the best you can with dates, and if you feel the need, you can add a letter of explanation.

Just to mention one thing as I know independent contract is another way to say self employment, this is not valid as Canadian work experience but if it is foreign work experience and you can prove it is valid.

Yup! Hence I declined my ITA and now waiting for my current work experience (which part of it was contractor but full time (T4 issued) and other is permanent full time) to hit the 1 year mark.
