1) job offer points is for a NEW job offer stating future employment 1 year post PR. I don’t think you can use the job offer used on your wp for this
2) if you’re not claiming points for it, remove. You only get max points for 3 years of foreign work experience anyway, the rest will only burden you with additional requirements but not give you more points. The cut off is only 75 points. Your CRS will survive without this 9 years experience.
3) if you get one reference letter but shows the split explicitly between India and Canada, just upload it twice.
any change in CRS needs to be explained in an LOE.
Thanks for suggestions.
Need more discussions on above points;
1) Thanks alot. I will remove this job offer data from my questionnaire. Anyhow I didn't have it (WP from Canadian employer) while submitting my express entry profile in SEP2020. So, no need to write LOE for this point. Correct?
2) Now
removing Past Indian Employer (Emp1) from "Work History" will create a
mismatch with my Express entry profile. But it is better to remove it.
Shall I move it to "Personal History" and add LOE? If yes then what should be the
supporting documents in its LOE? Do I need to explain
why I have removed it from my "work History" as I am unable to get reference letter OR simply I don't want to claim CRS point for this ?
New questions, Pls help:
4)
upfront Medical exam: I & my dependents had already taken our Medical exam in Mar2021 as a part of my on-going Work Permit process.
Is it fine to upload same eMedical information sheet which I used for my Work Permit application, considering Medical is valid for 12months?
5)
NOC code issue: Current Indian Employer
(Emp2): Emp 2 worked duration is 3yrs 04month. Emp2 sent me on WP to Canada to work at Client's lab for +1yrs. First year WP was based on
NOC2147 where as second year WP is based on
NOC2174 (which
is in-correct). That time I was not aware of NOC codes but had email discussion with Emp2 lawyer where lawyer claimed that NOC2174 is right to file application & received WP extended for two years i.e. upto 2022.
Do I need to add LOE for different NOC codes for the same job? Pl note: my latest WP (from upcoming employer) mentions NOC2147 code.
