Hi Folks,

So it's time to submit my documents. I have few doubts regarding documents.

1. Do i need to submit my all pay stub for 1 year or just for last 3 month.
My experience was completed on May 2019. So do i need to submit paychecks for last 3 months or till may 2019.
2. What's difference between Employment reference letter and Job letter ? Do i need to submit 2 different letter with my application regarding employment. I've issued one job letter on Sept 2019. So will that work with my application or do i need to request for a new job letter from my employer.

3. I've did many part time jobs ( NOT NOC 0,A,B ) before starting my current NOC B jobs. Do i need to mention all jobs or just current one.
In EE application i've just mentioned my current NOC B Job.

4. How about fund proof. I saw on CIC that fund proof is not required document. But if anyone already applied then can you please advice me regarding this

Please advice.

Thanks in advanced.

  1. You call, the burden is on you to provide enough evidence.
  2. It's the same. As long as the letter was issued after you completed your employment and meets IRCC requierements there is no problem.
  3. No, you only need to prove what you're receiving points for.
  4. No need of proof of funds, but if you want you can prove this. Else just upload a letter stating you don't need to prove this.

With regards to 3, Applying points for different positions within the same organisation and have been provided with one letter that explained everything. Should I write a LOE for the same. Also, employment records includes only reference letter or everything like appointment Letter, experience letter (if Ex-job) and such. Thank you for your help.

It's not clear what you are asking. If you are asking about the 1 year Canadian work experience requirement, this experience must fall within the last 3 years.

Also note that the work experience must have been gained by physically working in Canada.

If you worked for a Canadian company outside of Canada, this will not count as Canadian work experience. It will count as foreign work experience.

Thank you,

Any specific dos and donts for working for Canadian employer from overseas, to make it count valid for work experience? Payment can be monthly and need to be of canadian wage standards? I am thankful for your replies.

Hi there, about employment reference, one of my letter from my foreign experience has no signature and it only says "This document is electronically generated and does not require signature" . It has all the other requirements on it, except for that. Would that be acceptable?

1. Do i need to submit my all pay stub for 1 year or just for last 3 month.
My experience was completed on May 2019. So do i need to submit paychecks for last 3 months or till may 2019.

Below you state that you only listed your current employer on the Profile, so I assume this experience refers to your current employer. So my recommendation would be to submit your T4s from 2018 and 2019, plus your most recent paystub (most paystubs include year-to-date (YTD) cumulative information).

2. What's difference between Employment reference letter and Job letter ? Do i need to submit 2 different letter with my application regarding employment. I've issued one job letter on Sept 2019. So will that work with my application or do i need to request for a new job letter from my employer.

If this is from your current employer, you should get an updated letter.

A letter of employment, letter of reference, experience letter - they are the same thing. A job offer letter (for future employment) is only required if you are claiming points for having a valid job offer (after you get PR).

3. I've did many part time jobs ( NOT NOC 0,A,B ) before starting my current NOC B jobs. Do i need to mention all jobs or just current one.
In EE application i've just mentioned my current NOC B Job.

That's good that you did not include the other jobs in your Profile. But in your background history documents, you have to declare EVERYTHING.

4. How about fund proof. I saw on CIC that fund proof is not required document. But if anyone already applied then can you please advice me regarding this

Proof of funds is not required for CEC applicants.
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1145&top=29

"Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer."
