PLEASE HELP ME ... I'm SINGLE with NO KIDS

Section 2 IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS - I just need ONLY my birth certificate right ???

Section 3, It doesn't APPLY to me right ???

Section 4 "you must hold a valid regular passport; diplomatic, official, service or public affairs passports are not valid for immigration to Canada", what document are they asking for ???

Section 8 , it doesn't APPLY to me right ????

Passport.

You this section also asks for visas/permits if you live outside your country of citizenship. So if you are currently in Canada with a work permit, you need to submit a copy of that.

1) Regarding the section 4, should i submit my passport too at the same time when i hand in my application package in 2 weeks??

2) Also Regarding the visas required in section 4 I'm in Canada right now so i have my current post-graduation work permit and expired (2007-2010) study permit. However, i lost my 2005-2007 study permit. I also have my expired re-entry visa from Oct 2008 till Oct 2009.
So is it just OK to submit my current post graduation work permit and (2007-2010) study permit ?????? PLEASE HELPP......

3) In section 12, Proof of lawful admission is in the form of a stamp in the passport or a status document issued at the Port of Entry or other place of admission. If an extension of the original status has been obtained, the evidence required would be a document or stamp issued by the ministry responsible for immigration matters, providing an extension up to one year or beyond.Submit photocopies of:
• current or expired entry/exit stamps in your national passport (Is my RE-ENTRY Visa OK ????)
• current or expired status documents indicating the date you were admitted and the validity (Is my current post-graduation work permit OK ???)

Regarding the extension of original status, after my study permit (2007-2010) expired , i got my post-graduation work permit. Is that what they want ???

Jess, can you specifically WRITE DOWN what documents to show there ????

NO!!! Not your actual passport, just a photocopy

Yes, that is OK. It's possible they ask for more later, but you are giving what is requested, nothing more, nothing less.

I believe that PHOTOCOPIES of your current document (PGWP) and your study permit are enough.

If you want (I don't think this is necessary but won't hurt), you can write a cover letter explaining the dates of your original study permit and that you lost it, and include a PHOTOCOPY of the passport stamp (first entry).

OK, for the Document checklist, UNDER SECTION 12, Here is my situation, When i renew my passport in 2007, they didn't return my passport to me and that contain my (2004) visa when i first came in Canada... Therefore, i ONLY have a study permit (2004 - 2005) as a proof of entry.......When you mention PGWP and study permit, are you talking about ALL the study permit????

I have a ( 2004 - 2005 )study permit and (2007 - 2010) study permit ...... Is that enough coz i DON'T have it from ( 2005 - 2006) study permit ... PLEASE HELPPPPPPPP... THANKSSSSS

Instructions say MOST RECENT STUDY PERMIT. That is enough.

Here is the problem with me, I came to Canada in 2004 and never left the country so far. So when i renew my passport in 2007, my embassy kept the old passport and ONLY ONLY gave me a new passport. However, the old passport contain my entry stamps but the embassy cannot give me it back to me . My new passport only have re-entry visa which i didn't use it So can i just use ONLY my POST -GRADUATION WORK PERMIT and MOST RECENT study permit for this situation ???.... thankss... help me ???

Other people told me that I just ACUTALLY need stamps from my passport .....So i'm confused
