CEC : Difficult Case

I heard about a guy here start cyber cafe and created 14 jobs in that company. All position was filled with indian people with temporary resident and position was called, IT manager, service technician etc. The company don't even make any money but the guy was super rich. Cyber cafe now a days!!! Think about it.

But here we have a genuine company with gross revenue of over $1M, the position was advertised and people doing genuine job. There is nothing hypothetical or wrong. Also, the employer has sponsored candidates previously. So I don't think there is anything in my case that matches with your story.
