Hi, all! Hope you are all staying safe.
I am writing a new thread as the last one is too long! Sorry for this.

I'm planning to apply for EE (CEC primarily) after I gain 1 year work experience in Canada. I have my main full-time job (NOC B -5224~7 video editor) which was 35hrs/week, Mon~Fri. And I have second part-time job (NOC B, but like store supervisor or sth) which is 14 hrs/week, Sat&Sun.

So basically I've been working 49 hrs/week, and I'm AWARE that only maximum 30hrs/week will be counted. And so I was just going to claim my main job when I apply for EE.

Then due to COVID-19, my main job employer suddenly reduced working hours to 3 days/week which means 21 hrs/week. (Just a side question, is it possible to just reduce working hourse without official amendment of our employment contract?)

So now, if I just report my main job, it won't be regarded as full-time anymore so I won't be qualify for EE(CEC) -I lack just one week so was going to do implied status... I know it's a kind of cheating but well...- But with my second job, it will be 21+14hrs/week = 35 hrs/week.

MY QUESTION IS: Can I combine somewhat two part-time jobs that have different NOC codes (but same level B) to claim that I've worked 1 year?

I read some people combine two different NOC jobs, but haven't found someone who works at the same time (but oc different days so it was not actually simultaneously but on different days...) like me.

I'd very much appreciate all your help!!
Thank you so much in advance.

You can claim up to 30 hours of skilled work per week, there are no restrictions of these hours having to be with a single employer or a single NOC, hence you should be fine.
