Received an email from IRCC officer on 14th Oct 2020 for landing interview but cannot make it as i'm leaving Canada on 15th Oct 2020
Latest GCMS notes in Jan 2021 showing application approved with COPR number, there's a note from officer showing "Unable to land applicant as he's oversea"

I'm Inland applicant but i had to travel back to my home country on 15th Oct 2020 due to family issue. I had requested to change my residence address through webform and I had valid work permit but TRV had expired. Currently i'm still in my home country and it will require a valid visa to re-enter Canada, question is should i raise a webform requesting IRCC to issue Permanent Resident Visa so that i can travel back to Canada for landing? It's a bit complicated, your help is very much appreciated.

Hey guys I have some good news kinda. So my lawyer contacted me again according to my GCMS notes, my application was approved . But the reason they haven't issued copr is because for some reason they have that the RPRF fee hasn't been paid. I sent in my application first without the RPRF fee, and then received the request for it to be paid June 19th so it was paid the same day so I wouldn't have delays. Now it seems they never processed the submission. So my lawyer is going to submit the fee receipt again and tell them to issue my landing papers. Guys I suggest if you paid the RPRF fee after submitting your application to send in the receipt again as that could be the delay.

my approved date is Feb 10, 2021.
but I have not received COPR by email since then.

what is title of COPR email, and sender address ?
is it email about PR confirmation portal ?

Agents told me they already sent the email on Feb 11, 2021, but I unfortunately did not get that email,
so they made a request to the local office to resend it, and nothing happens since

My file was finally approved on the 19th of March. But no COPR yet. Talked to the agent and she said it can take upto 2 weeks, and if it takes longer, I should call them.
My timeline is-
AOR- June 4
OFFICER- DM10032
MEDICALS- July 22
BIOMETRICS- November 30
BACKGROUND CHECK- February 7
FINAL- March 19

Is anyone still waiting for COPR after approval? How long has it been for you? Or how long did you have to wait before receiving COPR?

I see people with December AOR getting their COPR!

I passed everything on Nov 27 and still waiting...... 4 months and counting!
