I applied again and I’m waiting. You guys were lucky. My first application was returned and the AoR was December 19, then I applied on Feb 15 with new ones

I can see A11.2 mentioned in your GCMS notes. Was the same mentioned in your refusal / return letter?

Oh that’s the new app, it says A 11.2 appears met now. This is the new app. Do you know what Review Required ready to finalize means? My file is straightforward

Review required means a senior VO will review your eAPR. Your application has few interesting things. One is that you probably asked them to remove some of your experience for some reason. That lowered your score but not lower than required score for the round which was 75? Did you apply in February?

Also your earlier application : When was that submitted? When was that returned?

A little bit of timeline will be helpful.

So basically I wanted them to focus on the experience from Deloitte only because it’s the one I applied with and the one I’m sure the job description matches NOC 1112 financial analyst. The other one is not clear enough. Since the cut off was 75 I could afford to loose few months. But my experience at Deloitte is 1 year 4 months so it should be sufficient.

My second app was feb 15 ita was feb 13

Ah okay. That makes more sense. The policy for medical exemption came into force on June 28th this year. So your first application can certainly not be refused based on that policy.

From the looks of it, it was missing some RCMP clearance document (perhaps due to a withdrawn charge on you?) which RCMP took too long to issue you? Is that correct?

Since you applied in Feb, I guess you were having a current Medical Exam result at that point of time. The exemption policy came in June 28th. So if your current medical expires (if at all) you will get benefit of renewal and not having to take a new medical.

I have used my old medicals and I can see the status for medical is showing as "we don't need medical if anything changes we will let you know". Can anyone share their experience who used their old medicals in CEC application and was able to see the same message and got their medical updated.

I don't have my experience as my application is still under processing but I know two people on this board whose application was approved or they got portal email using old medicals. Look in my post history.

I submitted the rcmp the same day I submitted the application. I don’t get what’s the issue now. Everything is clear. Maybe it’s in the queue for a review from an officer

Your application is slightly unusual I think or it was selected randomly for review.

You have one dropped charge and you requested your work experience to be considered differently than what you initially submitted. I think the grunt VO wanted to be sure about it so they passed it to senior VO.

So there is nothing to be scared about? Because I checked every duties and it matches

Hard for me to comment on everything but atleast the work experience should not be a trouble. Rest is hard to comment on.

oh on criminality side they said it’s fine since the biometric search showed NRT.
