Hi,

Please help me! I am very stressed for not receiving any further update.


I am CEC Inland candidate.I have received AOR on July 21st 2019 and MEP on August 19th 2019. After that I haven't got any further update on my file. It's been more than 3 months now and still I am waiting for Biometric instruction letter. Is it a normal wait time for BIL? Or is it something i should be worried about and contact authorities? My back ground check has below information under it:

I dont' know about CIC operational procedure, but looks like they are working to "Clear" FSW-Outland applicants from May-June. I haven't seen PPR for CEC in two weeks
Let's be positive, maybe they will return with CEC applications next week and call most of July-August AOR

Don't worry about Biometric, it's not necessary for most of CEC applicants.

Biometric instruction letter is not for CEC Inland folks (maybe for their dependents)

Hey don't wry abt Biometrics, I'm a CEC (inland) I got my PPR they didn't ask me anything. jus call and ask them what is your status and which VO ur application is. VO Edmonton is processing files fast (avg wait time -150 days) whereas VO Sydney is too slow (avg wait time -238 days). If you know which VO ur application u will be able to guess the expected time

i have answered no to "have you applied to immigration refugees and citizenship canada before"
however i am on work permit .i have uploaded work permit as well..

my UCI id is also same as in work permit.

recently i got ADR for family information

do i still need to do anything to correct this ?

oh ok my timeline is AOR-sep 20 Mep- Oct 17 i got ghost update today. background check is not started yet so confused......
