There was a option to upload proof of finance.
Cic website says I have to upload a letter stating that I am applying through CEC. So there is no need to show proof of funds.

I had not an option for Proof of Funds under my CEC Docs submission.

You dont need proof of funds for CEC. Just make sure to say in LOE that you are applying under CEC and therefore no proof of funds is required. Good luck.
