Hi All,

Which browser you guys check into? I used Firefox and didn't see any change on my application whereas using IE or Chrome doesn't allows me to login.

Could be a browser app thing or Server busy as many users like us would be looking now.. Not sure

There is nothing man.. same situations with all browsers

Did you go through the survey (The first question is "Did you see the progress bar?") If not, please do so. If they hear more response about the progress bar not working, there is a change that they would roll out the fix soon.

One of my friend saw it few minutes ago.. I think it gives the ETA of application completion based on what he sounds..

I just saw the bar on my application. tbh its useless. it shows the date ur application was received and then at the end of the bar it shows the date of completion which the six months after date received. and at the top of the bar it shows how many weeks left for you to reach the completion date. So technically its just the time elapsed since you submitted ur application which doesn't provide you with any info that you don't already know!

I saw the progress bar. It does not give any special information about the status of the application. Please try Internet Explorer if you are facing issues in seeing it in other browsers.

Does anyone know if they reply to the web form if you're still within the 6 months? I have tried to resist getting in touch but the suspense is killing me and I finally gave into temptation. But when I submitted the email I saw that it said you will not get a reply if you are within the 6 month wait time.

They'll certainly reply in a day or two; though it'll be a generic one....with no specifics regarding the status. I got the following answer few days ago when I raised the CSE:

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
You will find below useful information that we hope will help understand the process and current status of your permanent residence application under the Canadian Experience Class.

• Your application is located at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa, Ontario.

• The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if you and your family members if applicable meet the eligibility requirements under the class for which you have applied. You can expect to be contacted if additional information is necessary.

We invite you to visit our website for more information on what to expect after a permanent residence application is submitted.
We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry."

I received my GCMS notes last month which show the following status as of Oct 18/2018:
Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Criminality: Ongoing (I uploaded my RCMP in Oct; so Criminality should have been passed by Nov 1st or 2nd week at the latest)
Security: Not started
Now it's been around 2 months since the above progress, and no update about anything yet!
