hi,
what question you ask them?
cuz if we ask them for current updates, the answer is always same, "you will get notified if there will be any update".
and they reply rude.

Justs be extra sweet. And be like id appreciate it if you could tell me the status. What stage my application has reached. Its been almost 20 months since im waiting. I just wana know if they need any further documents. Is eligibility or criminality has passed? Stuff like that. And yes if you're lucky and get the right agent hell tell u.

I told my MP that I got my PPR email today. Apparently she sent an email to them yesterday asking for an update.
I dont think my phone call helped because the customer rep clearly told me she cannot take any action on my file until July 28. I would like to think the push from my MP finally got them to look at my file this morning.
Or it can all just be my luck in timing, I will never find out.

Can you kindly let me know which number you called, I am only getting the message "We are currently experiencing high volume".

I got the same message too for the first few times. You just have to keep trying.
Its the same 1-800 number and after you hear first portion of the automated message, dial 1-1-3-1 to connect to a rep.

Hey Guys,

Yes, it changed from Decision Made to Complete after landing. And a final line was added that says where and when I landed.

Thanks for your reply.

Mine still shows Decision Made. I fed my landing over a month ago.

Anyone else experience the same?

I have been trying 50+ times a day for a few days (including first thing in the morning) and have not had any luck. Has anyone been able to get through recently?

I think you'd better choose a good time to call. Based on my experience, 9:00 to 9:30 is better. But anyway, the agent doesn't help much.

Just called CIC. The agent said that the CEC processing time will be 23 months and all the August application should be finished by the end of July.

I have heard that for last 12 months, every time they provide new time line and extend it 2 months!
I don't buy it anymore ...
