Pcc= police clearance certificate.
I sent one off with my original app, but I guess it's taken so long that need an updated one..

OH right ok , I submitted my application from the UK too but they asked me for PPC about a year ago so I got it out the way early I guess. Hopefully it wont take much longer for you now

You can do it upfront but remember it's only valid for one year and BlessedSherry and myself did upfront with application and they expired before the PR was processed so we had to pay to do them again.

Hi All,

I'm Sep 29th Applicant and I have received Ready for VISA mail, and they have mentioned VISA office as Canada one, but currently I'm in Canada and even my Online application is showing the updated mailing address as my India address.

In the below mail I see the below information, I have replied stating that I'm in India and to help me on this.

· If you do not have a mailing address in Canada or the U.S.A, please send an email to us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that we can send you instructions for submitting your documents to a visa office which is the most convenient for you. Please note that our office will not return passports to an address outside North America.

So can someone please guide me on how many day's they will take to reply me with the India(Delhi) Visa office details.

Thank you for your support in advance.

I think I read that they take somewhere between 2 or 3 weeks to send you the updated instructions...

Guys, do you know how to change your email contact in your application? I called CIC and they still have my old lawyer's one on file. They told me they could not change it over the phone and that I have to do it online. but how?

I think you can do it using the Case Specific Enquiry form: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

For the Type of Application field, choose "Use of representative (change or cancel)". Then fill in the enquiry note with your explanation and provide the new email address here.

Hi all,
Can anyone please advise whether we can return in the next flight just after landing and completing the formalities at the Airport?
I am planning for permanent stay after 2-3 months and hence planning for just the landing formalities before CoPR expires.
Is there any legal obligation to stay any minimum amount of time after landing?
Thanks in advance.

Just received the PPR email! It is a long email, so just want to confirm we need to mail two photos with the pre-paid Xpresspost envelope to the CRA? is that right? Thanks.

Yeah sure. You are supposed to do that if you change or cancel representative.
