Hello people,
Any one has idea that if i do have us visa, how i about to do my landing and stuff...
I have no idea about flag polling and all this.
So of anybody knows or experienced on this , plz and guide and help will be appreciated...,
Thank you

Chirag,

Goto anywhere to the US Border and say, I am here to complete my Permanent Residence landing procedure. US officials know what that means. I would suggest you to go on a weekday as it takes less time on both US & Canadian Side. I went on Sunday. US side they gave me the document (rejection of entry - don't worry it's not entered in the system).. But Canadian side, it took me 4.5 hours as it was a weekend.

SamSamSam,

There is no difference in a CIC office or airport or any other border. The only thing needed is you need to leave the country and re-enter using the PR visa.

The documents must have are your passport (your dependants too if you have), CoPR.. Other things are the rejection letter from US side (if flag-polling via US). It's good to have all your original documents but not necessary.

Hope this helps..

Hi, I am wondering, if I wanna do the landing through border at night, is it possible ?

Should be possible... I mean, the borders are never closed and people are leaving/arriving around the clock.

Leokumar at is right. On weekdays may be better. I landed this Tuesday around 6:00pm at the Rainbow Bridge, and there was only one car in front of me in line to go to the USA. To get the document at the American border and return to Canada did not take longer than 5 minutes. At the Canadian border there was no one in front of me. It took around 15 minutes.

Aplication recived august 11
AOR Nov 6th
medical request March 9
Rprf request March 17th. Paid 17th
medical done March 23
what is the next step?

hopefully this is really close
rest of you guys keep fingers crossed

Hi guys I've just got this ....this is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.

Has your family composition or personal circumstances changed since our last correspondence?

· Marriage or common-law union, divorce, annulment, legal separation or death of the sponsor, principal applicant or any accompanying family member;

· Birth or adoption of a child, including grandchildren born to dependent children;

· You or any of your family members being charged or convicted of a criminal offence.

If any of these conditions apply, you are required to inform our office immediately. If available, please include in your email the evidence that supports the change and send it to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Right of Permanent Residence Fee

We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF must be paid once for yourself as a principal applicant and once for your spouse or common law partner, if you have one.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible

Guys is this the RPRF request? they are still asking for more information about my personal situation....

yes it is.

Call CIC or email them the sheet provided by the doc (which contains your UMI#) with all your application details and you will get reply from them within few days

I did my medical on Feb 6 and it was sent to CIC around Feb 20. Cic has confirmed they received my medical. I have not heard any more updates since then.
