Hello. My dates are exactly the same as yours. They just requested my PRPF yesterday March 7th. How many days they took to request your passport after paying the fee? Thank you.

For all applicants from August 2014, Call center informed me they will have all August applications done By June.

<--As per his previous posts--->

He paid upfront RPRF, when CPC requested it is not attached to his File.

So he sent the receipt copy to CPC cost recovery on March 01st, 2016 and got his PPR on March 03rd, 2016.

So all we have to do is to wait for linking RPRF that's it. it will take 7 to 10 calendar days as per previous posts. Meanwhile try to logon with RPRF receipt number to check whether it is linked.

Congrats!!! Can you share what the PPR email/notification looks like?

Email received from CPCO-FinalRequest / CTDO-DemandeFinale (CIC)

"The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa."

.................

Documents required:

1. Passport(s) OR photocopy(ies) of passport(s), as explained in Step 2.
2. Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member.
3. One self-addressed, pre-paid envelope with your complete mailing address so that we can return your passport(s) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents.

Before i forget what is everyone doing while waiting for the PR and no Alberta Health Insurance on hand because of no work visa?
Like is there a way to cover your health just in case?
Thanks

I just had my Alberta insurance extended last February, we are qualified for a one time extension of 3 mos. if you are on implied status.

Xpresspost is considered as courier. So send it to the courier address.

Hello Everyone,

Need help, I was asked to do RCMP on Feb 15th, I did on Feb 16th and sent electronically to RCMP, they were supposed to send the results to CIC.

As per RCMP if there is no match on fingerprints they send it to CIC in 3 days, Its been more than 25 days, RCMP does not take calls, does not respond to emails.

Called CIC, agents say they cannot confirm the receipt of documents.

Dont knw what to do, Just want to make sure CIC got what I sent and noone did a mistake on the way.

Ive seen other applicants with similar timelines have already got PPR.

Someone , please guide !

Call the place where you took Fingerprint for RCMP..

Ask them when results will be sent.. If not, then ask them to send it otherwise take a copy so that you can send CIC directly.
