Congratulations !!! After how many days did you receive your passport ?

I'm from a visa exempt country but after they requested passport photos our COPR came less than a week later.

Guyyssssss!!!

Just got PPR a few minutes ago!!! OMG! (Btw I still can't check eCAS with the receipt, and eCAS still says in Process).

But now I have to wait for my new passport to arrive from my country, renewed it because the current one doesn't have 6 month validity :(

But what a relieve to know I won't have to apply for an extension of my current permit!!!

This is almost over!!!!! :D :D :D :D

Btw I didn't know the PPR is actually just scanned copies. I don't know why I thought we actually had to send the passport in physical. Or did I get a wrong email? lol

Can you plz share when did you get rprf req?

I got the RPRF on March 03rd, last Thursday (5 days ago) and paid the same day.

My medicals were requested on Feb 03rd, and I completed them on Feb 08th. Exactly one month ago.

Can someone share what happens after we send the scanned copies of our passports?

Enjoy the moment!

Meanwhile inform CIC that you will send new passport so that they are ready with visa stamp.

hahahaa ok soo happy for you but I'm still jealous!!!!!! I am now starting to wonder if something is wrong with my medical?????? Would they have listed "medicals received" even if they wanted to do further testing? So ready to be done with this!!!!!!

Wow!! congrats. even i paid RPRF on 3rd March :).
Not sure why only scanned copies were requested. I thought they need the original pp to stamp and stick the one time entry visa.

You can always ask your doctor to let you know if they found anything that might be of concern.

If you have access to your myCIC account then you can see that info their. If it is passed then only you my CIC account will say pass and if they need any further tests it will say under review. Don't go with ECAS status. Your best bet is GCMS notes and the secondd option is my CIC account.

Hey,

My ECAS status was updated 3 weeks ago to say Medical results have been received. I assumed that since I applied via a paper application that myCIC would not reflect the status of this specific application. Do I need to link it? It does not appear in myCIC.

I thought about requesting GCMS notes but at this point I may get it in weeks and am really hoping to hear something before that.

I hope people in NOC 2171 to 2174 are completed asap.

Oh so this is not PPR, I am confused now :(
