Dear Bro.

What does it mean that if someone can go into ECAS through RPRF Receipt number? Does it have special meaning?

I paid upfront RPRF but I cannot go into Ecas with receipt number yet. I am a September 9 applicant, 2014.

Thank you.

It means they received the payment correctly and its linked with your file now.

yes they do check . But nothing to worry just have a pill before if u r worried . But CIC will never reject you for having blood pressure. They just take into account that any ailment which you have which would cost them money in cure .. n Blood pressure is fine

Today I received an email from CIC that asked for the PCC from any country that I had lived for 6+ months since age 18 , and RCMP report based on the fingerprints.

Ø Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate You must provide a certified RCMP criminal record check based on fingerprints. Please check the CIC website (Obtaining Police Certificates) and refer to RCMP certificates in Canada for details on obtaining a RCMP “Criminal Record Check”.

I'm a bit confused because I already included the original PCC from my origin country in my application package, now they are asking for it again.... I wish it was a typo from CIC, they only wanted the RCMP report, otherwise, it would take another good amount of time to get the PCC from my origin country delivered to Canada......

The elephant has passed just the tail remains ;D ;D ;D .Do not b disheartened . Just get your PCC asap .You are going to b a permanent resident soon.

Congratulations !!! After how many days did you receive your passport ?

Hi,
I've been a silent observer of this forum. Just want to share the news with everyone:
Application received: Aug 29, 2014
AOR: January 12, 2015
MR: Upfront Jan 29, 2016
RPRF: Upfront Jan 18, 2016 (Received the "false" request for RPRF and paid)
PPR: March 4, 2016.

I also submit an application with Express Entry on Feb 21, 2016 under FSW.
Keep your finger crossed everyone!

Received passport request on 3rd March 2016 (PPR), so much happy  :)

Need help with following situation, I am right now in Canada and my wife is in India for vacation and will be coming in Aug 2016
1) Can my wife stamp her PR Visa from India?
2) Is any sequence of stamping PR Visa for both applicants?
3) Is it possible if I can do landing immediately (after getting visa stamped, as I am primary applicant) and my wife can do her landing after coming from her vacation (i.e. in Aug 2016), or is any dependency of both of our landing (such as my wife needs to land within few month of my landing)

Thanks in Advance !

Hi CanadaCECPR,

Congrats!!!

Yes you can get your passport stamped from Canada and she can do it from India.
1. You will have to send mail to CIC Ottawa (mail id will be in PPR) stating that you need a change in Visa office for her and letting them know that you will be sending yours here.
2. Take your Passport, enclose mail you have received from CIC for PPR, the mail sent to CIC amd also Explanation letter and send it to CIC OTTTAWA PR address
3. It will take less than or equal to 20 days for CIC to respond for change in Visa office for your spouse and she can send her passport as like you.
4. Until her Visa is stamped, please do not land from your end.
5. After you landing she can land anytime and before the max given by CIC

Hi, can someone please help with below query.

- Medicals done in India. Do we need to send the original docs to CIC which we received from Doctor or just send those as scanned copies? if yes, to which emailID we have to send?

how long it will take to get RPRF attached to the file?

Scan copy is enough send it to CPC-CTD-Ottawa <CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca>
Make sure you send it as soon as you done it.
Mark your Application number in subject. put your UCI, NAME, APPLICATION NUMBER, TYPE OF PR: CEC, Spouse details(if applicable)
