they usually request rcmp right now they want police clearance from other countries of residence... have you submitted the medicals ??? or was it before u submitted the medical they asked for police clearance

No only doing Medicals today. I've already submitted all my pcc when I applied. It doesn't say anywhere in the email about an rcmp. I think when I applied for Australian pcc I ticked the wrong reason why I needed. Are people just replying to the email with a scanned copy of Certs?

No, you have to send your certificate via courier ...

Scan and e-mail documents (other than police certificates) to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Send original Police Certificates to:

Case Processing Centre – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada

My application was received 28 of August 2014 , AOR January 7 2015 and got medical request on the 2 February just gone.

Got an email that read

Ø > Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, please provide a Police Certificate from Australia issued on the basis of 'STANDARD DISCLOSURE'. The document provided is issued on the basis of 'COMPLETE DISCLOSURE', which does not meet requirements. Please visit the following link for more information on how to obtain a Police Certificate from Australia:

I've applied for a new Australian police clearance but I also live in New Zealand 5 days shy of the 6 months so theoretically shouldn't need one for there. I'm Irish so should I apply for a new police clearance from there too?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

You do not need to provide the canadian rcmp certificate. If they wanted that they wouldve mentioned. They have just mentioned police certificate and when they say that and not rcmp it usually means only the certificates from where uve lived for more than 6 months. As for newzealand technically u dont need to send it. But if its easy to get and wont take too much time then u shud send it regardless as more info will not hurt. Atlesst later they wont say ok send newzealand one also whcih might delay process. On the other hand if u dont send it its not a prob because they do look at technicals and u didnt live there for 6 months even if its a day short u dont need to send but then again its cic. Dont know what to expect lol

HI guys ,

need urgent help,

Can any one help me , i applied under CEC in Aug 2014 and i forgot to declare my part experience of 7 eleven in background declaration form where i worked just 6 months and made $1400. Does it will be misrepresentation but i applied for permanent residence on the basis of my skilled full time job which is totally different.

Do i made a big blunder and what will be the consequences of not declaring any thing in background declaration form.

Please suggest and reply .

Thank you .

waiting for some expert advise

Hi Experts,

Does anybody know what is this form for - IMM5733E

I just found this form from CIC after some Google search. Should we fill & submit this form if applicant/co-applicant is pregnant & can still go-ahead with rest of the tests except Chest X-Ray and proceed with next steps in PR Application Process? So, we don't have to wait for baby delivery in order to complete PR Medicals? This form indicates we can complete it after delivery. So, pregnancy won't halt our Application processing in any way if we submit this form?

Please guide in appropriate direction.

thammi.. I know his eligibility has been passed and they approved BOWP which was submitted on 27 Oct 2015. It is clearly showing the trend at CIC that approve BOWP if PR eligibility is passed.

Be carefull my annalu will take care of you if you doubt me :P :P :P :P :P
