You have to remember that the medical tests are also to verify eligibility. If your medicals are not ok you're not eligible.

It makes sense eligibility is still in progress for those of us still undergoing this process. And I don't think it has necessarily to do with a second review.

You guys worry too much and call those agents too much and they just worry you even more.

It has been proven their answers are arbitrary and sometimes not accurate.

IMO and what CIC laws say that eligibility is accessed according to your category in which you have applied (CEC, FSW, FST etc.) whereas medicals, security and criminality is accessed under admissibility.

So, medicals have nothing to do with eligibility.

This could potentially explain why things have started speeding up. I hope that the momentum is maintained and all Aug, Sep and Oct applicants get their PR soon.
